300 New Books Unpacked and Inventoried<\/strong><\/p>\n

Our trip to Baltimore had a specific research objective–picking up Dolly Zeigler’s collection of some 300 genealogy books.\u00a0 You can see the pictures of this undertaking, as we loaded the books into Kathryn Bassett’s van http:\/\/www.arleneeakle.com.<\/a><\/p>\n

What I didn’t know about the books:\u00a0 they cover genealogies and record extracts for New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey (lots of New Jersey), Delaware, Maryland, Virginia (lots of Virginia), North Carolina, Ohio!\u00a0 These are the states where I do the bulk of my client genealogy research!\u00a0 These books are for the benefit of my clients. They will benefit anyone who comes to the Genealogy Library Center as well.<\/p>\n

And I am so excited to receive them and have a place to put them.\u00a0 I was so excited that my hands shook as I organized them by state.\u00a0 Your favorite genealogist, Arlene Eakle<\/p>\n
