\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 __His meat contains tryptophan, the amino acid used <\/b><\/p>\n
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 by the body to make serotonin which causes sleep<\/b><\/p>\n
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0and a general feeling of well-being .<\/b><\/p>\n
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 __Wild turkeys can fly at 55 mph; domestic turkeys have <\/b><\/p>\n
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 too much breast meat\u2014the weight keeps them on the ground.<\/b><\/p>\n
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 __He blushes when excited or nervous\u2014and turns his <\/b><\/p>\n
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 wattle white or blue. <\/b><\/p>\n
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 __He gobbles and struts around to attract a mate who does <\/b><\/p>\n
\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 not gobble nor strut.

And we gather around this grand bird with our families each November, taking hands in thanks for turkey and all the trimmings.
